Van Breda spent the first 40 years of her life living and working in Africa. With a passion for Africa, Gaby has worked in many squatter settlements and together with her husband Peter pioneered bible schools around Africa. She holds degrees from Rhema Bible Training Center in Johannesburg and Fill in the Gap Ministries in Lafayette, Louisiana. She received her master’s in inter-cultural studies from Hope International University in Fullerton, California and is currently enrolled as a PhD candidate with the Oxford Center for Mission Studies in England. She is scheduled to complete her research thesis on how reflective practices facilitate leadership transformation and change by 2015. Gaby and her husband work closely with The Kings University to bring graduate and undergraduate theological education to leaders globally.
