Youth Ministries

Our vision for the youth ministry to develop, equip & empower the youth of the Foursquare church to arise as the men & women of God that they are called to be by developing their inner man and their unique identity in Christ, as well as calling out their giftings and God-given talents to enrich the body of Christ.

Wednesday Night Meetings

We’ve recently been going through a series called “Will the Real Jesus please Stand Up” to address who Jesus was and was not. We’ve been de-mystifying some myths popular in “churchianity” to see who He really is.

We’ve been learning that Jesus was born homeless, refugee and as a defenseless baby, who came to understand the most vulnerable of human conditions, as well as the fact that he wasn’t the typical Alpha Male that everyone was expecting with dazzling good looks, who networked with the “Who’s Who” of society, but how He did just the opposite- and changed the course of human history forever.

The next Friday series we’ll be launching into is called “Godly Manhood & Womanhood”

Where we’ll be talking about:

-Gender Stereotypes, and what it means to be a Man/Woman of God.

-Purity & Modesty

-Brotherhood & Sisterhood

-Men & Women Relationships

-the Love of God

We’ll be finishing off the series by having the guys do a “Sisters’ Appreciation Night” and by having the girls throw a “Brothers’ Appreciation Night” for the guys to have a good closure and application for the series.

Sunday Morning Service

The Sunday Series that we’ve begun is on “The 5 Weapons of Spiritual Warfare”:

Prayer, Worship, Testimony, the Word & the Holy Spirit.

I recently called a 40-day fast with the youth as well to kick start this new season that we’re in.
