Staff Roster

The first 40 years of Peter's life were spent in South Africa, where he trained and worked as a Chartered Accountant and later as the owner and CEO of a large engineering company. In 1978 in cooperation with the founding pastor and a group of 12 people he and his wife, Gabriella, pioneered a church which today is one of the largest churches in South Africa.

In 1984 they pioneered a 2nd church. In addition to the church responsibilities, in 1989 he was appointed as Africa Director for World Missionary Assistance. In 1993 Peter was appointed the Executive Director. He also served on the board of the Canadian organization. As Executive Director he was responsible for setting up and teaching leadership seminars in many developing nations and has traveled to over 70 countries.

In 1996 Peter and Gabriella established a 501(3c) non-profit humanitarian aid and leadership development organization, "World Impact Network", which currently works locally and in developing nations.

Peter earned a joint Doctor of Ministry degree from Bakke Graduate University and Asia Graduate Theological Seminary. He serves on the Academic Affairs Committee and is the faculty member overseeing the China program. Peter also serves as adjunct faculty for The Kings University and has established a graduate level seminary program for the Chinese Christian leadership. He is currently pursuing a PHD from the University of Wales and will graduate in 2011.

Peter and his Gabriella have served as the Seniors Pastors of Bellevue Church for over 14 years. He is an ordained minister of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel. In the last few years 3 ethnic churches have been planted out of Bellevue Foursquare Church. In total 7 churches now call Bellevue Foursquare home. The van Breda's have 3 children and 3 grandsons who all serve the Lord and attend the church in Bellevue.

Olu is the Executive Pastor at Bellevue Foursquare Church. He is a graduate of International Bible Institute of London. He further pursued the call to ministry and graduated in 1999 from Surrey University, UK with a Masters in Theology. He has planted churches in Europe. He spent his life in ministry serving the body of Christ. Olu's concern for the problems of our communities is expressed by his approach to discipleship and leadership based on strong biblical and spiritual principles.

From Africa, Europe to North America, many people have been touched by his message of faith, healing and God's love through his ministry of stewardship. He holds an international ministerial license of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel. Olu is married to Bola; and they are blessed with one boy and two girls, Toni (17), Semi (14), and Tolu (12).

Jeremy is happily married to his beautiful wife, Mona, and together they share three children: Kristine, Eleanor, and Timothy. They live in Renton, Washington.

As Senior Pastor of Kirkland Foursquare Church, he and his friends from Kirkland Foursquare Church merged with Bellevue Foursquare Church recently and he now works as a staff member at Bellevue Foursquare Church. Additionally, Jeremy is an entrepreneur, starting two family businesses alongside his parents and brothers. Jeremy's undergraduate work was done at Northwest University, and he earned an MBA from the University of Washington. Additionally, Jeremy graduated from the Defense Language Institute with a degree in the Korean Language.

Jeremy's hobbies include piano, reading, soccer, and a passion for Biblical Literature and Theology.

Dave has served in children’s ministries for over 20 years with 16 years as a children’s pastor.  Specifically, he has served as children’s program director, elementary director, and children’s ministry director and led children’s mission’s teams to both El Salvador and Mexico.  His past ministry experience includes serving as a small group regional pastor, and leader for men’s ministry, local apartment outreach, Seattle street ministry, and special events coordination.   Other ministry assignments have included Kids Club Outreach, Pioneer Club, midweek discipleship baseline classes, as well as performing arts (Children’s Choir, Worship Teams, Drama and Musicals).  Dave has directly pastored with his ministry team, 400 pre-teens and over 800 families in some of his previous ministry assignments.

Dave has presented at the Northwest Ministry Conference multiple years and at the Northwest District Children’s Ministry Conference on Evangelism.  Besides presenting, Dave is a strong supporter of District camps and was part of the kids’ camp leadership team for the Western Washington Expansion.

Dave is missional in his approach.  He seeks to go, train and send.  His ministry philosophy is to teach kids to: a) Worship God daily in their lives; b) Instruct them in His Word; c) Fellowship with both Christians and non-Christians; and d) Equip them to serve others in love.  To accomplish this, Dave has helped equip and taught a multiple ministry teams numbering over 200 volunteers.

Previous to full time ministry, Dave was a research scientist at Beckman Instruments for 10 years, a biotechnology recruiter and director of sales and marketing for a biomedical firm.  He holds a patent in immunochemistry.   For his bachelor’s, Dave attended the University of California at Irvine majoring in Biology and minoring in Chemistry.  Subsequent to this Dave served as a paraprofessional counselor for marriage, children and families majoring in psychology and counseling at California State University, Fullerton.  He was also a PE coordinator at Valencia Park Elementary School in Fullerton California.

Dave is the oldest of 8 children and is blessed to be married these past 17 years to his lovely wife, Cammie.  Together, they have 3 wonderful daughters and reside in Kirkland, Washington.  In their “spare time”, their family enjoys camping, hiking and exploring their city and state.
